These Easy Bacon Egg Breakfast Sliders are a delicious breakfast favorite made with fluffy eggs, crispy bacon, melted cheddar cheese, and soft slider buns. Baked together until warm and golden, they’re perfect for busy mornings, weekend brunches, holidays, or feeding a hungry crowd.

Ingredients

  • 12 soft slider buns or Hawaiian-style rolls
  • 8 large eggs
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked until crispy and chopped
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese (or 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar)
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Bacon: Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crisp. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate, then chop into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Prepare the Eggs: Whisk the eggs with salt and black pepper. Cook in a lightly greased skillet over medium-low heat, gently stirring until the eggs are soft and just set. Do not overcook.
  3. Prepare the Rolls: Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish. Keeping the rolls together, slice them horizontally to create one large bottom layer and one top layer. Place the bottom layer in the baking dish.
  4. Layer the Eggs and Bacon: Spread the cooked eggs evenly over the bottom rolls, then sprinkle the chopped bacon evenly over the eggs.
  5. Add the Cheese: Place the cheddar cheese over the bacon and eggs, making sure the filling is spread evenly from edge to edge.
  6. Add the Tops: Place the top half of the rolls over the filling and gently press down.
  7. Make the Butter Topping: Stir melted butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley together. Brush the mixture generously over the tops of the rolls.
  8. Bake: Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden.
  9. Serve: Let the sliders rest for about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with fresh parsley if desired, then cut apart and serve warm.

Notes

Cook the bacon until crisp for the best texture, and keep the eggs slightly soft because they will continue cooking in the oven. Spread the fillings evenly so every slider has plenty of egg, bacon, and cheese. For make-ahead sliders, assemble them ahead of time and refrigerate until ready to bake. Add the buttery topping just before baking for the best golden finish.
